Reagent-foaming agent FLOTEANT

When kerosene was used as a collector, the result of extracting the combustible mass into a concentrate, with floatability of screenings of a fraction of less than 0.5 mm of sludge of various oxidation, ranged from 79% (with strong oxidation of the coal surface) to 85% (in the absence of oxidation of the coal surface), and the yield concentrate, respectively, from 59% to 78%.

It is possible to use the reagent-foaming agent FLOTEANT in the activation mode of dosing (partial feeding into the pulp before the contact of the coal surface with the collector), which gives higher qualitative and quantitative indicators of flotation separation, and the flotation concentrate itself is characterized by a fine-structured easily destructible foam.

Effective replacement for such reagents as UR-410 and FNU.

The optimal flow rate in the feed of the collector flotation (kerosene) is 1350 g/t, and the FLOTEANT reagent-foaming agent - 140 g/t dry. If up to 30% of oxidized coals are present in the flotation feed, the optimal consumption of the collector (kerosene) is 1350-1550 g/t, and the FLOTEANT reagent-foaming agent - 140-150 g/t dry. If the content of oxidized coals is more than 30%, the consumption must be at least: the collector (kerosene) is 1650-2050 g/t, and the reagent-foaming agent FLOTEANT - 150-160 g/t dry.
