We offer services of contract manufacturing of chemical products according to the customer's specifications, from customer-supplied and own raw materials, at the facilities of the UFA-CHEM company.

Our capabilities allow us to simultaneously produce up to 400 tons of reagents. We have a permit for loading / unloading dangerous goods, as well as a license for methanol.

Thanks to contracts with our partners, we can increase production capacity up to 4000 tons at a time.

Contract manufacturing (outsourcing) - UFA-CHEM

Production facilities are located on the territory of our tank farm with a tank farm for 1000 tons, with its own railway dead end, the racks of which with unloading / loading units allow simultaneous unloading / loading of up to 5 tank cars. At the base there are two unloading / loading units for tank cars, which allows unloading chemical products unloaded from tank cars without the slightest delay.

Depending on the urgency of the order, the production cycle can be carried out in three shifts. All personnel are certified to work with various hazard categories.

We carry out multi-component mixing and compounding. We pack in containers: plastic and metal barrels, eurocubes, canisters.
Production can take place under the customer's specifications, and if necessary, we will develop, according to the order, specifications for a specific product. Quality control is carried out for each batch produced in a certified laboratory. A quality certificate is issued for each batch of products.

Participation in any tenders for the supply of chemical products
Rosneft, Lukoil, Surgutneftegaz, Gazprom and other large companies allow participation in tenders for suppliers without their own certified production facilities and leasing production facilities from other manufacturers. By concluding an agreement for contract manufacturing with UFA-CHEM, the customer receives a certified production with certified specialists and can include it in the tender documentation as a manufacturer of products planned for delivery.

No need for your own production
Maintenance of production and its modernization, certification of personnel, inspections of regulatory organizations, periodic certification of production - this is only a small part of the issues that any chemical production faces every day. By concluding a contract for contract manufacturing, the customer gets rid of all problems associated with the production of chemistry, while obtaining the necessary quality of the product manufactured in accordance with the technical specification.

Scalable for large orders
Many production owners do not have the opportunity to take large orders, since their own production facilities do not allow the release of such volumes of products. Having concluded an agreement for contract manufacturing with the UFA-CHEM company, you can be sure of a quick scaling up of production for any large order. We have partnership agreements with many certified manufacturers of chemical products with redundant production capacities, which allows us to scale production at any time from our own 400 tons at a time, up to 4000 tons of joint production.
