High-octane component OCTANOS

OCTANOS is a high-octane component that has no analogues, depending on the brand, which allows to obtain finished products of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th class with an OCHI from 80 to 98.

The component can be diluted with bases (mainly with gasoline fractions in the composition), BGS or straight-run gasoline up to 50% by volume.

Reduces production costs, since there is no need to purchase additional components for the final product (esters, aromatics, alcohols).

OCTANOS grade G is an ideal solution for heavy substrates with a density greater than 0.720.

OCTANOS grades

Grade A
Concentrate - used to dilute the base (BGS, GK, KGS, straight-run gasoline) to
required OCHI (AI-80, AI-92, AI-95), or with an improvement from AI-80 to AI-92, from AI-92 to AI-95. With a low octane base (below RON 60 or to save concentrate)
the addition of MMA or ferrocene is recommended. Can be used as a substitute for orthoxylene, MTBE, toluene, bentol, alkylates. It does not require special knowledge when used. The volume of administration is from 55 to 70%.
Grade B
Concentrate - used to dilute the base (BGS, GK, KGS, straight-run gasoline) to the required OCHI (AI-80, AI-92, AI-95), or when improving from AI-80 to AI-92, from AI-92 to AI-95. High-octane component OCTANOS

Appearance: homogeneous liquid from colorless to light yellow, free of mechanical impurities and water. Does not contain iron, manganese, lead.

Solubility: completely soluble in gasoline

Transportation and storage: transportation and storage of the high-octane Octanos component should be carried out in accordance with GOST 1510-84.
