Emulsifier of invert emulsions ALPHAERG-K
The composition is a composition of nonionic surfactants mixed with an organic solvent.
It is used to obtain invert emulsions for the treatment of injection wells during the operations of leveling the injectivity profile and for the production of killing fluid for oil wells.
It is produced in the form of a concentrate - grade A and a hydrocarbon-based solution (OBM) - grade B. The emulsion is obtained by mixing ALPHAERG-K grade A with a hydrocarbon phase with the addition of prepared water into the mixture with stirring, or by adding water to ALPHAERG-K grade B.
The dosage is selected depending on the specific conditions of the operation. The preliminary addition of calcium chloride to the aqueous phase is recommended to increase the stability of the inverse emulsion.
Emulsifier ALPHAERG-K forms stable emulsions, including those operating at high temperatures, used in many PNP technologies.
