Heat-resistant emulsifier for OBM ALPHAERG-T
Universal heat-resistant emulsifier for invert emulsion oil-based solutions for drilling and killing wells. Has increased thermal stability at high temperatures and pressures (HTPD). The reagent is effective over a wide temperature range and in the presence of contaminants such as water, solids and cement. Weakens the negative effect on the solution when it is contaminated with water and solid phase.
Forms a brine-in-oil base emulsion used in oil-based drilling fluid systems. For the initial preparation of the system, it is necessary from 16 to 29 l / m³, depending on the density, oil-water ratio and target thermal stability. The effective action of the emulsifier is provided by an additional amount of lime from 5 to 15 kg / m³ during the initial preparation.
