Shale inhibitor ALPHAFOB-GS
ПIt is used in salt-free (fresh) clay drilling fluids as a clay inhibitor, as well as a stabilizer of the rheological properties of drilling fluids with a high content of colloidal active clay fraction.
It has a hydrophobic effect on drilled cuttings and shale, gives the solution an alkalinity that is optimal for polymers, prevents hydration, dispersion and transition of clays into drilling fluids, increases the lubricity of solutions.
The recommended concentration is 0.54-2.8 kg/m³, depending on the properties of the drilling fluid.
