Solvent for asphalten, paraffin & resin sediments ALPHAWAX

Designed for flushing downhole and oilfield equipment from deposits of ARPD formed in the processes of oil production and transportation. Possesses excellent penetrating, dissolving and detergent properties in relation to ASPO components. They form a film on the metal surface, preventing further adhesion of paraffins and asphaltenes.

In addition to their main purpose, they have the ability to exhibit the properties of an ARPD dispersant and lowering the pour point of hydrocarbon raw materials in the processes of oil production and transportation.

With constant dosing into the stream, the temperature at the reagent feed point is not lower than the average paraffin crystallization temperature.

Functional features of various brands

Brand A
It is used to prevent the formation of ARPO, a modifier of paraffin crystallization centers, preventing their further growth.
It is continuously fed into the stream at a dosage of 90 to 480 g/ton.
Brand B
It is used as a depressant for lowering the pour point of oil with a high content of paraffinic hydrocarbons.
Continuously fed into the stream at a dosage of 25 to 480 g/ton.
Brand V
It is used to remove ARPD in oilfield equipment, oil pipelines, tanks and wells. It is characterized by high washing, dispersing and penetrating power. Prevents the adhesion of paraffins and asphaltenes by forming a film on the metal surface.
It is dosed into a stream of hot oil or hydrocarbon solvent used for cleaning oilfield equipment at a concentration of 0.4-4.8%.
Brand G
It is used as a solvent for ARPO when flushing downhole, oilfield equipment and oil pipelines.
It is not dosed into oil, it is used exclusively when flushing equipment.
